....called the "Girl Pusher" frat.

Reading more about this:

"A year after this "accident", SAE at USC was completely dissolved and hasn't been a recognized frat at SC since."

USC says online there are, "No current plans to allow" SAE back. Further, they can't rush, hold any events or meetings.
