Shame on USC!

No Known Victims and No Evidence!

USC spent a year of chasing "crimes" without even knowing who the victims were because the victims refused to come forward in any capacity other than via an anonymous third-party reporting website.

Anyone for any reason can use the anonymous reporting website to make claims that might be entirely false. There is no means to verify the veracity of any claim made in this fashion.

Knowing who the accuser is a fundamental right of American law. The ability to question the accuser is also a fundamental right of American law.

There is no requirement to investigate every "victimless crime" with a year long sh-tshow. If you can't even identify the victim, you need to rethink shutting down every single fraternity even those who weren't even accused anonymously.

USC once again has trampled the rights of every student in this entirely flawed process!
