Real Ranks '21

1. Sig Chi/Lambda (heavily debated who holds #1 spot, both top houses w/ powerful ass alumni and cool dudes)
2. TKE (By far richest house on row, hella money for parties and good rep so will stick around here despite hit or miss pc)
3. Sammy (solid house of cool dudes, known for throwing some of best parties/registers on row, secure spot here)
4. ZBT (In transition phase between houses, secure spot here too if they get back on row next semester, great dudes)
5. KA (gets hella hate but their older guys gave them good sorority relations including lowkey best Kappa relations in this range, now up to new PCs to keep them)
6. Pike / Phi Sig (both houses on the rise, Phi Sig took great PC, Pike has better parties, will see who snags this spot in due time or takes KA spot)
7. Phi Delt (good ass dudes, probably nicest on row , secure spot)
8. Kap Sig (also really cool guys who don't really care about ranks, just having a good time and they do)
9. Chi Phi (good dudes, sometimes get huge artists for there parties)
10. DTD (also good dudes who have a good time)
11. Phi Tau (honestly don't know much about but when I rushed were some of the nicest guys
12. The rest

Only someone in ZBT would put them at #4 because of a “transition phase”. That’s not a thing lol. ZBT is just bad now because of awkward/weird pledge classes the past year and now they have no money. Get under Pike and KA where you now belong, ZBT, you’re like #7 at best.

Pike couldn't even secure ADPi for homecoming over Phi Sig while Sammy had Tridelt and ZBT had Aphi. Enough with the self ranks

Lambda down below Sammy and possibly even zbt. They have a million new guys to make up for falling numbers and most are either creepy or downright tryhards who are nowhere near as cool as they think they are. They have yet to have a party that doesn’t blow, and their parties with sororities have been painful to attend.
There is definitely no debate because they aren’t close to the top.

Clueless. Sorority rank is DICTATED by which sororities hang out most with Lambda/Sig Chi silly no top tier sorority would be caught in a social with Sammy or ZBT because it would drop their rep to be seen pairing with middle to lower middle tier fraternities like Sammy and ZBT
