transfer student

i want to transfer to USC and am wondering how selective they actually are?? if i have a 4.0 is it likely that i will get in or is it mainly based on other factors?

4.0 is good but won’t guarantee admission. Depends on the program you want,involvement, and a bunch of other things. Just having a 4.0 doesn’t get it done. I know a few 4.0 tf students who got rejected and 3.8’s who got in.

MAKE SURE you are completing your usc transferable GE(try for 2 per sem), and REALLY focus on that essay. I worked in thr admissions office and I know those are 2 things they really focus on, and of course your pre major requirements. But THE ESSAYS , MAKE SURE U KILL THOSE
