the one that says for pnms with reasons is correct but i’ll simplify it. if you go here are actually on the row you can’t argue. in real life we don’t think omg is tridelt below adpi or vice versa. these are kinda the breakdowns. between tiers there are huge drops
Core four
kappa dg
pi phi
theta
- any of these are kinda top. obviously kappa and dg more so, but i don’t get the theta slander. definitely a top house
Upper Mids
Alpha Phi
adpi tridelt
- good socials, generally hot houses (aphi is hottest), you’d be proud to say you’re in one of these
Mid
-gphi- quirky girls, mixed bunch but some cuties, seem nice enough
Lower
-AXO- i don’t make the rules. however, they may not be known for appearance but they’re seriously pretty nice and down to earth

Theta
Pi Phi
No one but Pi Phi thinks they are higher than Theta. They might have been heading that way for a few years, but yikes the last few years haven't been great for sisterhood or anything else really. Still higher than all the houses under them though, but if they keep having questionable girls in their pledge classes, they are gonna get passed by aphi

Aphi is self ranking by putting themselves under theta and piphi where every other rank puts them? No one said they were above either house. Just that if piphi continues to head in the direction they are, they will be passed
