If I accepted a bid from a sorority (doesn't have a chapter at USC) but drop after a few weeks, never getting initiated, will that hurt my chances of rushing as a sophomore?

Nope, they won't even know you rushed before if you don't tell them, even though they ask on your rush app. They probably won't even ask if you're a transfer
