Why isn’t Piphi considered top along with DG and KKG?

Pi phi seems to always get FIRE pledge classes and did homecoming w lamda back to back according to a post I j saw. Rlly curious why they aren’t considered top, like what makes them still classified as mid? Can anyone explain?

actually ALL THE TOP TIER FRATERNITIES consider Pi Phi TOP TIER, don't know where you get your info from but lots of Sigs prefer Pi Phi over Kappa or DG

there are crazy girls in every house, pi phis just don't walk around with the same superiority complex as DG and kappa we are very happy letting those two battle it out for #1... takes the target off our back and we mix with the same houses sooo

I think pi phi has just as hot of girls but the reason they’re not top is because they’re so worried about not being top and also because of their superiority complex over all of the lower houses... I don’t think dg kappa is concerned but pi phis are sometimes a little insecure

In what world? Literally no one but them would put them even over theta. Also, what’s this hot pledge class? This year’s class is not that hot and absolutely no personality. My brothers and I laugh at how cringe they are
