real mid semester rankings

Top
#1 LXA - everyone hates the top dogs but some things never change. Still just as popular and just as fun.
#2 SX - Been on a tear this semester constantly firing at sev and at the house. Easily interchangeable with lxa
#3 TKE - Still a top house and that isn't changing anytime soon. Huge parties and still mix with anyone they want.
Upper Middle
#4 SN - Strong semester for snu but they are not as cool as TKE no matter how many times they tell themselves that they are. They're sorority relations are more solidified now and their parties are still huge.
#5 SAM - They seem to always be partying at their house every single
night and not throwing open events. sorority relations are way better this semester but still not on the same level as SNU.
#6 ZBT - Fratcession seems to be coming to an end and they are starting to do better with parties. Their average pledge classes are beginning to show so they have a lot of work to do there.
#7 AEPi - Their housing situation is really holding them back but they pretty much have the same sorority relations they always did which is singlehandedly keeping them afloat.
Middle
#8 Phi Sig - Despite their very blatant social climbing and self promotion, you have to admit that their parties have improved. The house is still weird overall and their sorority relations are very mid tier.
#9 Pike - These guys seem to have slowed down the last couple of semesters, maybe some financial issues. The guys are cooler than phi sig and they have better sorority relations overall but phi sig is having a way better semester.
#10 Phi Delt - These guys aren't really moving anywhere up/down. They have carved out a niche in the middle tier and they kind of just wallow there semester after semester
