I wouldnt say alpha phi before theta.... unless they get like an amazing amazing pledge class. maybe they will be similar but i think theta will still be on top

I'm not trying to be sarcastic or a hater, but I honestly don't get the Theta hype, someone please explain it to me. There's obviously a big drop between Dg/Kappa and Theta, but I don't think either Pi Phi or APhi would deed an "amazing amazing" PC to beat them. I think they mostly have old history and prestige going for them than actual quality girls...
