definition of a top frat

Top Frat = Mixes with top sororities (DG, Kappa etc); has large membership (over 100 members ideal); has members in leadership positions (Student Body President, Council etc); and has members in varsity sports (Football, Baseball etc). Based on the above and regardless of what Jimbo the clown thinks these are the TOP FRATS at USC...

1. Phi Psi, Sigma Chi, and TKE

Mid levels frats are a notch below and these are the midlevels

2. Sigma Nu, ZBT, Lambda Chi and AE Pi

Lower than this does not matter sorry Phi Delt and Chi Phi and Beta

ANYONE going to USC knows the above is true... Saying you are top house over and over again does NOT make it so... Yes Lambda Chi, those are the facts.
