Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 A great group of guys with a couple of sketchy kids. Their registers (like theta zoo) make it a great house to be at. The time I went, I didn't feel pressured by any of the guys. The newest pledge class that I hung out with was really cool and surprisingly hot, but I can't say that for the rest of the house. One of them told me that he wants to bring up the rank by getting rid of the degenerate stuff and teaching guys to respect girls which is promising

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.2 They throw a couple of big ragers(fences, DJs, security guards, great ratio, etc) every quarter, but most weekend parties are just laid bakc kickbacks with people just chilling having a good time. Hate when I walk by there and its dead though, which happens time to time. Most of guys are cool, although there are definitely (prob around 3) guy who should not be greek. Lower Middle tier with potential to grow

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.6 Very friendly brothers, very clean and new house, underdogs rising in rankings. Great parties! Managed to pull artists like Redfoo and Iamsu.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.4 What's up with all this hate? I've been to a couple of their parties and they were okay. It's a nerdy fraternity, but they have carved out a pretty good niche group. I'm not sure why people are being so harsh on a pretty nice group of guys.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 2.2 So, that one guy down there is wrong (LMFAO was Theta Xi's party with Lamda helping bring girls over) But yeah, if you have LMFAO and STILL need lamda's help to attract girls, that should tell you something. Was still a great party though, and there are definitely worse guys on the row.
