Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity Ratings at USC

I doubt they are the ones going on here ranking and trying to "brand" themselves. That would be giving them a lot more credit than their coolness is. They do have a group of GDI girls that hang out and a few outdoorsy guys that have granola looking girlfriends, but most are math geeks. They are okay though. Pretty under the radar.

They throw a couple of big ragers(fences, DJs, security guards, great ratio, etc) every quarter, but most weekend parties are just laid bakc kickbacks with people just chilling having a good time. Hate when I walk by there and its dead though, which happens time to time. Most of guys are cool, although there are definitely (prob around 3) guy who should not be greek. Lower Middle tier with potential to grow

guys are chill, nun crazy. pretty good parties overall above average, house could be smaller kinda hard to navigate geeked

I've been to two of their parties and they were nice guys. A little nerdy, but in a good way. Not sure what they hate on here is about.

don't know anything about them, basically nobodies, but some of teh girls that live there are smoking hot. for that, i give them props.

As a long time friend (or so I thought) of many of the brothers in this house, I used to give these guys a lot of credit because they really did try to put aside even their most trying differences in the name of brotherhood and friendship. But the house that was promising 3 maybe 4 years ago is now a house crumbling from poor (nonexistant?) leadership, severe social awkwardness, and the ability to somehow isolate and/or repel every female kind enough to give them the benefit of the doubt. Sad :(

They have ok/mediocre guys. Kinda lame parties, sorry, it's the truth. Not douches but nowhere near top house.

They're usully ranked at the bottom but their parties are ok, and I have to say some of the guys in this house are pretty chill/fun.

compared to the average frat, Theta Xi has some pros and cons. Generally speaking, they aren't attractive, but can have a good conversation. They're a small house, and have what seems to be a pretty tight brotherhood, amongst those who are actively involved. Their parties are ok, usually no creeps - drinks can be good, good music. Some of their members are very weird though - they give off antisocial vibes. But, for the most part, a fun and spontaneous group.

So, that one guy down there is wrong (LMFAO was Theta Xi's party with Lamda helping bring girls over) But yeah, if you have LMFAO and STILL need lamda's help to attract girls, that should tell you something. Was still a great party though, and there are definitely worse guys on the row.
