Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 cool guys that have good parties and they have a group of girls who chill with them, but they aren't sorority girls. they don't seem to have a super strong bond with the sororities, maybe they will get better but not at the moment. they are really into outdoor stuff which some girls like but not most. There are a lot of math and engineering majors.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 These guys are genuinely nice people. I didn't rush them because I wanted a more traditional fraternity environment, but when I did talk to them and get to know them, they did seem like down-to-earth guys. Their parties are getting better every time they throw one. And the nice thing is at these parties, they pour great drinks.

These guys are genuinely nice people. I didn't rush them because I wanted a more traditional fraternity environment, but when I did talk to them and get to know them, they did seem like down-to-earth guys. Their parties are getting better every time they throw one. And the nice thing is at these parties, they pour great drinks.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 3.6 A great group of guys with a couple of sketchy kids. Their registers (like theta zoo) make it a great house to be at. The time I went, I didn't feel pressured by any of the guys. The newest pledge class that I hung out with was really cool and surprisingly hot, but I can't say that for the rest of the house. One of them told me that he wants to bring up the rank by getting rid of the degenerate stuff and teaching guys to respect girls which is promising

The house is really chill and always welcoming of new people, girls or guys. The group is trustworthy. This is a house where you can put down your drink, go to the bathroom, and come back knowing that it'll still be safe to drink. They also know how to mix well.

It's a nerdy fraternity, but they have carved out a pretty good niche group. I'm not sure why people are being so harsh on a pretty nice group of guys.

I agree with the person that said these guys aren't trying to "brand" anything. They really aren't wired in a social/ pr way like that. Everyone knows they are nerds. If you like nerds, they are cool guys. If you don't like nerds then not the guys you want to hang out with. I don't think anyone would try to say this is the fraternity for your typical SC fraternity experience. Nice guys thow
