Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 Super nice fun guys who are really down to earth yet like to party. Not douchey like your typical "top" houses. They really belong above where they're ranked, but that's just the perception. Not as many try hards as in zbt or ato and not any creepers like in beta.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Southern California - USC 4.4 I list this house as a middle tier house only bc I feel that is the overall perception, but I personally think that they should be recognized as top tier. The house is in great condition: Always clean, the least grimy of the frat houses, and they consistently have toilet paper (let's be real, it's a nice plus). As a member of a sorority (with a big fall '12 PC), seeing the bond that all the guys have with each other is really great. They're hotter than people think and I want them all as my bffs
