Gorgeous house, gorgeous girls, with problems on the inside of both. Problems with cliques and sisterhood, and will jump on any guy with EX on his shirt. Very status aware and status hungry. They're proud to BE Kappas, but don't care about their Kappa sisters. It's probably the closest to a stereotypical sorority you'd see in movies. The ones I've met that I've liked and were friendly and nice were legacies...also weren't very smart anyways.

I get them credit because they have improved significantly and managed to pull themselves above ADPi. At least they are not at the bottom of the ranking. That honor belongs now to ADPi.
