THETA WHAT HAPPENED? you prob cant even be considered top anymore considering your pledge class! you are not top 3 anymore, and a phi and pi phi, as it seems, got much pledges than you. better luck next year, but with the only attractive girls as juniors and seniors, it will be hard to make a return.

You obviously don't know anything about sororities because sorority dues have nothing to do with 'tier status', the dues are a combination of how much the membership is nationally and how much money an alumni puts into the house. Some top houses are cheaper than bottom or mid tier houses because their alumni pumps a lot of money into them, which translates into being less costly. So, before coming on here to point fingers get your facts straight.
