One of the most fun houses on the row, girls love zeebeetee. However, poor brotherhood and inconsistent house improvement really hold them back from going any further than where they are at right now. Live laugh love zeebs tho ;)

Lambda is a bit too overhyped but still in my opinion a top house. They are not your douchebag sig chi boys, but also not your tryhard fratty tke boys. Very well-balanced in between and everyone loves these guys. The only thing holding them back is their tiny house, definitely need some more room than that to improve on.

In all honestly, phi sig is a great house, brothers seem to know each other well, tailgates are fun, and PC is always consistent. However, some work can definitely be done on sorority relations and more thoughtful register/party setups. Overall very well-rounded house, my suggestion is to pick one category to focus on each semester and master them step by step. Be more present to the public and you shall be fine.
