Their parties are great, but I think Pike has become a top house because of the quality of the guys there. Obviously the guys are hot, but they also have like actual personalities. With Lambda fallen off, you can probably ask anyone, and they'd say Pike is T3 now.

Lowkey falling off as their parties haven’t been great. Bad couple of pc. Tailgates carry and that’s the only reason why they are still considered a top house.
