The 'top' houses are having a bad year:

Beta only associates with 3 sororities and has ruined their relationship with ADPi and had a really bad rush

Sig is putting all their work into kappa after DG had finally stopped being close with them. They've been slipping for a while but at least derby days was done well.

Phi Delt continues to be arrogant and despite having a good rush and some good guys when they are all together are unbearable and it won't be along until they upset the entire Greek system again

Fiji has been a ghost town since September. Theyre really not that relevant anymore

It's the middle frats like Psi U and DKE that may be able to make something happen in the upcoming semester
