They did it last year in like February but only had 1 spot I think

just do formal recruitment, don't rely on cob for spots

You might as well go through recruitment! There's a chance they could still let you in. And who knows, maybe with more exposure you'll fall in love with another chapter after meeting them!

some do but others have low minimums like aphi so just try recruitment

Some have higher average but if you're incredible they will give you a shot
