so if you're one of the unlucky girls who doesn't get a bid, what happens? Is it embarrassing, esp on bid day or whAt? Plz elaborate ty!

you get a phone call from your recruitment counsellor the day before bid day telling you that you have no need to attend bid day.

If you go to every round and attend everything you're supposed to go to, you will get a bid! At the end of the last round, you get to pick your top two choices. If you fill in both, you will 100% get one of them. If you only fill in one (what you're not supposed to do) that is the ONLY way you might not receive a bid :)

This isn't always true. There are other circumstances that can result in a girl not receiving a bid.
