How do srats decide who to give bids to?
by: pnmThe idea of formal recruitment is really intimidating to me. I don’t have any friends going into it with me. I was wondering how sororities decide who to give bids to? Do they like collectively decide and vote on it??

I think we all vote like collectively. I’m not sure cause this would be my first time recruiting as I’m a new member but that’s what I’ve heard. Essentially I believe members in the chapter have the opportunity to each individually have a say. We’re encouraged to choose girls who we believe will contribute to the sorority and match our sororities culture and values. Check the values and slogans of the sororities you are interested in! Because we are supposed to pick members off of if they reflect those values, also if we blend well with you.
