is ADPI actually that bad
by: stirstiri get why ppl say the things they say abt them but like are they fr that bad? when they’re all grouped together I get why they come off as better than everyone and the srat needs to work on their diversity and stuff but ik some girls individually and they seem nice especially the ones that aren’t as well known. but like what do I know they might just be fake ig? what are the worst experiences ppl have had with them

To be fair… yes…yes they are. They have absolutely one of the worst drop rates and retention rates of all the Sororities. Diversity has always been an embarrassing issue for them. There’s literally only two possible explanations for it: either they’re racial
Bias during recruitment has continued to be an issue for years, and recruitment officers don’t give people of colour the same attention or consideration as white women, or simply women of colour do not go for ADPI because the environment is not welcoming to people of color. Whichever one it is…who knows LMAO! They maintain completely different personalities than the ones that they advertise on Instagram, have repeatedly been accused of being fake and for dirty rushing, and have a reputation for bullying other sororities. Nobodys saying they’re not fun or pretty girls…but the rumours do tend to be true.

Just curious as to how you know about their retention and drop rates? Unless your in panhel or in adpi, I don’t think you should have a say on what goes on in their sorority. Shall we compare each sorority’s senior class? Adpi, gphi, dg, aphi, have 20 + girls graduating from pc 18 while kappa has like 4 girls graduating because the rest have dropped. Doesn’t that in itself prove their retention rate? All of the sororities dirty rush so let’s not just point fingers here. It’s super easy to judge a sorority without knowing them

they don’t, or at least not like adpi.
I rushed online this year, pc ‘21. every single girl I spoke to said so excited to see you tomorrow, or told me how perfect I was for adpi, one even telling me I was her rush crush and how she wanted to be my big.
only for them to drop me, me join another sorority and learn how illegal that all is.
they literally cried telling me how much she wanted to be my sister.
talked to her at party a few weeks after and she didn’t even pretend to recognize me

Ok so why does the same 8 girls being posted make them a bad sorority? Maybe it’s just a PR strategy, the Greek system mid a business, and clearly they’re doing something right …
