not sure about theta, agd gphi kappa isnt, aopi probably is, dg might be based on their retention but could go either way, adpi is (lol second year in a row, how the mighty have fallen)

lol the only one I've heard of is ADPI, they actually had to post about it to promote COB, no other chapter has ever done that, just shows how bad their member retention is
