why are pc17 people so stuck up

why are the people in pc 17 so full of themselves. they think their better than everyone and are rude to new members. when people ask them about their new pcs they usually say something like “ oh they’re literally so weird “ or something like that and they aren’t nice at all

because they were the last of the relevant pcs. they are such a close knit group as well. Things have gone downhill since then. im in pc 18 and I have nothing bad to say, im sorry you've had a bad experience with them.

cuz 2017 was the last year that all the top 4 had good pcs.. even the frats were all really good that year. new kids just don’t compare
