My big is literally so mean to me and I don’t understand why like I’m actually sad about it and I feel like I did something wrong because when she first met me she was so nice and I loved her like what happened

I liked my little before I met her in real life she looks so much worse than she does on ig, facetime and zoom. And ik looks shouldnt matter but none of my friends have this problem I'm so disappointed
