K I agree with these rankings, but the fact that this even exists shows pure tokenism of the girls that aren’t “white passing”. I too want increased diversity as a whole but if people are recruiting just to be more “diverse” rather than truly not seeing colour when recruiting.....then that defeats the purpose. posts like these are harmful
