Cut from pref to bids

Honestly it’s a gamble some people don’t always get their first choice. And I know your RCs and other girls would probably advise you to put your second choice in case you don’t get a bid from your first choice. But if you genuinely felt like you really don’t have a connection to your 2nd choice, don’t feel like your obliged to put them on. Stick to just your first choice. But at the same time, you made it this far to pref with your 2nd choice and most likely had some connection even if it wasn’t as strong as the other and you might end up being happy with them. So all in all, if you see yourself being happy in both, then put down both your choices. But if not then take the risk of putting down just one. Because you can always have the option of doing cob or formal recruitment next year if you’re willing to do that.
