gphi/dg
adpi

middle tier:
aphi
agd
theta

low middle tier:
aoii

I think gphi and dg are above adpi for sure. adpi has looks..thats about it. gphi and dg have looks, involvement, and are so much more well rounded. I think aoii has improved enough to not be "bottom" anymore but unfortunately someone still has to be last so its them.
