Promising someone a bid is the most common type of dirty rushing. Other things are:
-spreading rumours about other sororities
-cornering a PNM and pressuring her to join
-buying things for PNMs

That's actually disgusting to hear girls in our greek system say. Some of us don't promise bids to girls and say things we aren't supposed to. Its unfortunate that for some, it's the only way to get the girls you want.

even worse because after you're through with the girls and they drop you a few months in, they can't rush and join a sorority they actually like and belong in. thanks for ruining the greek experience

As a pnm last year I was dirty rushed by 6 sororities. Honestly it gets excessive, and made recruitment messy
