why does adpi have a low retention rate

by:    

considering adpi is a top tier sorority with good frat relations and involvement in the Greek community, looks like they have a strong sisterhood too from the outside, why do so many girls drop?

bc it looks shiny from the outside but once girls get in they realize there is little substance and the girls are too caddy

I think they have one of the highest dues so thats probably why. otherwise theyre no different than the other top 2. adpi is really well rounded tho, i havent noticed any cattyness from what ive seen
