sorority spring rush

I want to join a sorority next term but the one I'm interested in from what I've heard only does invite only. Some of the girls from the sorority followed me on ig back in the summer but idek if they remember me anymore. Should i DM them and ask or just message the chapter FB? And when should I ask

from what I know some sororitys host recruitment events. but if the one you want doesn't i'd reach out to one of the girls that followed you back. there's a chance they'd recommend you to their recruitment officer
