do tiers matter and what does it mean

What defines a place being top or bottom tier? How much does the reputation matter? Should I drop if I'm in a place considered low tier? I really like the people and enjoy them

Tiers makes people feel like they're walking on egg shells because they have an image they believe they have to hold. The people you're around and how much you get along with them should be at the top priority of your concerns

yeah agreed. one pledge class can change everything, and if you like the people you'll be glad you picked that one. tiers can change-- and also don't super matter unless you are stuck in the high school social climber mentality, but the friends you connect with are forever
