is it possible to not get a bid?

Is it possible to not get a bid during recruitment? And if you don’t get a bid will you be refunded the $35?

I have never ever heard of someone not getting a bid. It might not necessarily be the top sorority you want, but usually sororities like aoii, theta or agd need numbers so it’s unlikely anybody who completes formal rush won’t get a bid at all.
