differences between the top tier sororoties
by: Differences
Kappa usually recruits girls who are laid back, social, give off a chill vibe, etc
Gamma phi usually recruits girls who are "high end," very feminine & polished
ADPi usually recruits the most well rounded girls who are involved around campus, athletic, and leadershipy
DG usually recruits girls who didn't fit into a specific mound from one of the top 3 but were still top tier material
(Not in a specific ranking order)

I agree with all of this except for gamma phi's... they aren't "high end" by any means. To me, they're more of the fun loving, almost hippy type of gals. If you're referring to their old president, then yea, she's very feminine and polished, but that's not representative of the entire chapter.

Okay not hating but SINCE WHEN is Kappa laid back or chill? They are very intense, especially when it comes to their sorority. It's fine and totally understandable but they are really competitive about recruitment, looks, frat relations etc whereas ADPi tends to be more intense about academics, sports, Greek events etc. That isn't to say that both chapters don't care about all of those things but you can't be chill or laid back and still be top tier, the reason they are is because they're competitive (which there's nothing wrong with)

Gamma phi's description would be more accurate for the sorority 2-3 years ago but I don't think it is inaccurate because that image they had really stuck
