why don't "top tier" sororities ever win top gpa?

The sororities who win the top gpa are literally never one of the "top tier" sororities. Are the girls in those just less smart or what?

Although it is usually theta or aopii who win top gpa, adpi and gamma phi have both won it once in the past. And kappa won top individual gpa this year.

Wait don't most of the top tier sororities have high overall GPAs...like I know for a fact that kappa gamma phi and adpi (if you consider adpi top or not is another story) all have pretty high overall GPAs. And no, they obviously don't lie about their GPAs lol but people do actually say that gamma phi recruits certain girls just as "fluff" to raise the overall GPA.
