Just look at lace up for kids as an example and the money raised. Improvement takes time.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 1.4 To the comment below: they have done nothing differently to improve themselves so far outside of an attempt at altering their recruitment tactics (which didn't really do much). I don't know what APhi you're sharing a campus and a Greek system with but those aren't the ones at UBC.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at University of British Columbia - UBC 1.2 More like the haters are the only people trying to make this ranking make any sense - what with the ridiculous amount of self ranking on APhi's part. Especially around recruitment. Alpha Phi is bottom tier because Alpha Phi has done nothing to raise itself out of bottom tier. The only thing they've tried to do is become "more hot", and that's hardly done a thing for them because that's not the only thing a sorority needs (and in part because they have successfully done so).
