oh defn a top three house..these guys are soooo good looking and cool...and they even have a house mom!...ugh..i wish i didnt live across the street , could go back to freshman year and pledge or maybe just have the opportunity to rush this awsome house lol hahahahahaha...get a life bros of date a guy....

Basically the woat. The extent of what theta chi does as a house is pay Fiji to come over just so they can talk about it on gr later as if it were some pivotal social moment that shattered the tear system, when in reality whoever they paid probably didn’t even show up and just took the money and the attendance probably wasn’t even as good as some of the philanthropies that happened the same day. Makes for A1 entertainment though
