depending on who you ask, the only “mid top” house on here is chi o. they have a pretty strong sisterhood and you don’t hear many bad things. they used to be superrrr popular years ago and even though they’re not as popular now they still get invited to everything so it’s not a good house over all.

most people will argue dg is “top” or the very top of “mid top” and so is dz. they’re pretty interchangeable in rankings depending on what they’re being ranked on. dg also has a very strong sisterhood and super high involvement and academics. you definitely see them go out more than chi o but not dz. i haven’t actually heard anything bad about them.

once again depending on who you ask, tri delt has fallen to “mid” or the bottom of “mid top.” they got into a lot of drama and even got some frats in trouble. from what i’ve heard their sisterhood isn’t the best but it’s not the worst either. these girls love going out so even though they’ve fallen in the rankings they’ll probably still get invited to good functions.

these houses all get invited to the same places so when you see one being ranked above the other, it’s mainly for involvement, relationships with frats, sisterhood, and reputation. doing your research is never a bad thing, and everyone has their own opinions on each house but the most important one is your own.

also the difference between mid top houses and top houses is basically nothing because they all get equal respect from frats and are invited to all the same functions. “top” houses tend to be put on a pedestal which can mean both good and bad things.
