of course houses can be liked by other people . but go look at the ‘top ranked’ house right now - DG. it has 24 straight perfect 5.0 reviews since February. do we really think 24 people all randomly got the idea to go leave a great review for DG? or is it more likely that they decided to try to use greekrank to boost their rep?
think what you want, but PNMs should know when they are being fed bs. i would rather know what i’m getting into than find out i joined a house who does not live up to these glowing fake reviews. rankings hurt feelings but at least you will have a better idea of where you stand.

You sound dumb. Every PNM is going to find their place to call home after visiting each house- why on earth would anyone use GR to choose a house? All houses offer the same thing- it’s what one makes of their time there, and to each person, their house is the BEST whether you’re in a sorority or fraternity. It’s where you find your squad and bff’s for life. THAT is the importance of it all in the end game. After Purdue, nobody will give a rat’s crap….

self ranks or not it’s nice and helpful to see how people feel about the house (whether they’re in the house or not). it’s better than reading a ranking or backhanded comment posted for everyone to see on the discussion and definitely written by some butt hurt frat guy.
