TOP HOUSES (👑)

(=) SAE (always been a top house + not on probo)
(+) Pikapps (same thing as SAE - top house and not on probo, so they get a bump)
(-) Theta Chi (usually the top house, but are on probo rn - their probo isnt as bad as beta or phi psi tho)

MID TOP

(=) Beta (always been a top house, but have been on probo for a while)
(-) Phi Psi (same as beta, are on probo now)
(=) Fiji (usually a decent house, but don't ever actually throw only unregis)

MID (decent houses that throw but aren't good enough for top)

(+) Sig Chi (used to be a really good house then became **** and are now becoming better again - threw a good grand prix party)
(-) KSig (used to be really good too, but lowkey fell off the face of the earth after the whole logan paul thing, sucks)
(=) Snu (decent parties, decent house overall)
(+) Dsig (same thing as dsig)
(=) Pike (same thing as above two but a little worse)
