After primary recruitment is over, based on girls who drop out of rush or don't take their bids, there MAY be a few sororities who hold an informal recruitment process (continuous open bidding) to hit quota. To be in the know, it would be your best interest to reach out to panhellenic executives (or even houses directly) and explain your situation and say if there are any COB events you'd be happy for a chance to get to know the house. In the fall, COB is usually pretty small because of formal recruitment, but quite a few houses in the spring end up participating and it's usually a little more "public", i.e. houses will have google forms to sign up for events or post on Instagram. I was a transfer sophomore that got my bid spring semester and I wouldn't change a thing!

Suggest networking in your dorm and meeting people. The issue is that at some houses COB might not be advertised on social media and would be invite only via friends of friends etc.
Meet as many folks as you can and network yourself. Figure out what houses might be a good fit for you and work it. Some houses will post on their social media about COB but other won't.
Sorry you missed the deadline as this networking is going to be a challenge but you can make it work.
