fraternities with no cold air

I am planning on rushing a fraternity next year, and I was wondering if there are any fraternities that are not cold air.

Most have suites you can live in, and even if not you can always build a loft or something in your room. Cold air isn't that bad idk why that's a selling point for you. Don't overthink it just rush.
