cooperative housing

What do y’all think of cooperatives? Do any Greek houses party with them, which houses are cool and is it worth joining? I missed out on sorority rush so thinking about joining a co-op instead

Greek houses usually don't do anything with co-ops, but I've heard its a good time and relatively cheap. It's smaller than a sorority so it might be "homey-er" than other places but idrk
