Parties routinely suck. They used to be good a few years ago, but like someone said they are stagnating. They'll invite three frats and seven sororities over and then go hide in their rooms while everyone else tries to cram into their basement and get drunk as fast as possible while they play awful music.
They were a solid upper mid house, but I'd say they're pretty much an average mid now. Not at all bad, just not top tier. Depends what you value.
They most often pair with AXO, Tri Delt, Zeta, and DZ. As for frats, they invite over Delts, ZBT, KSig, and Sig Chi, and they go to ZBT, Theta Chi, and Delts. If they managed to actually swing DG for GP this year I'll be surprised, but I won't be impressed. With so few houses left, it sounds like DG and Kappa both got the short end of the stick.
