where should i rush

Hey guys I'm a freshman male trying to get involved in the Greek community. I'm looking to infiltrate a frat that is cool with partying and studying. Like I want a place that crushes puss, lol South Park reference, but also has a group of really smart guys. So is there any frat on campus that maintains a high gpa but also get laid a bunch? Girls I'm looking for your opinions Bc I don't want to join a house with a bunch of douchebags or dweebs. Thank you guys.
