People need to chill the F out. One of my best friends is in KD and they're just trying to establish themselves still. They took on a challenge of building something out of nothing, all of our houses started at from the bottom, don't forget that.

no this is a very accurate and real thing. when you are a newly colonized house there are certain rules you have during recruitment, with no drops (except for grades open house round) during recruitment. a reason why is because a new house doesn't attract as many girls and they are required to have a certain quota, but this is accurate. Only for the first 5 years though
