Average house but my favorite house to hang out at. Parties are always fun and even if there isn't a party their always really chill. Their house is a little old but its still nice. All they need is numbers

On a slight rise by getting an actual sorority for GP. Should really get their name out there more as they have little to no reputation on campus, especially in social aspects. Future is looking a tad brighter, but their old/small house could hold them back. Bottom tier, but no longer irrelevant for now.
