Yes, they're off campus..but whatever haha I'm still ranking them. One of my really good friends was a pledge at Beta until they got in trouble. They still have apartment and house parties, and I've been to a couple and believe it or not they've actually been some of the best parties I've ever been to. Leave it to the Betas to keep the partying alive even when they're not technically a fraternity anymore :)

I've had a lot of fun partying here! The guys are super fun. No complaints about Lambda :)

You don't really hear about these girls too much, but all the Zetas I know are so nice! When I rushed there, I noticed so many absolutely beautiful sisters. I think their newest pledge class is alright, but they definitely could've done better. I've also heard amazing things about their sisterhood. Zetas have a lot of fun!

I will say this-when I did formal rush, I was asked back to SDT every single round. Was I necessarily interested in them? No, because I was specifically looking for a sorority with a house, which they don't have. Were the girls sweet? YES! I had amazing conversations and clicked so well with two out of the three I talked to. Decent-looking girls, seem very classy and you can just tell they have such an unbreakable sisterhood. Besides what I just said, they try too hard to get new girls.

Definitely some pretty girls! You don't hear about them too much..but when you do, it's bad stuff. They're definitely pretty popular on campus, and they are involved a lot more than other houses, so I'll give them that. But, they definitely have a reputation for illegal activity, which makes their girls automatically seem a little shady to me. Besides that, they had a beautiful house when I rushed there and a lot of the girls seemed kind.

It's no secret that Gamma Phi Beta is a bottom-tier house. When I rushed there, I felt very awkward. The girls stared at me weird and made me extremely uncomfortable. During formal rush I was asked back A LOT, and don't get me wrong, the girls are very sweet once they aren't awkward as hell towards you, but they're not the type of girls I could see myself being friends with at all. You never hear about them on campus, really..but I've heard they're classy girls with a great sisterhood. :)

I never really hear about DZ's on campus in terms of community and campus involvement, but I do hear about DZ's in some derogatory fashion by guys (if you're all are catching my drift). I don't know any personally, so I can't say too much, but I've heard that their sisterhood isn't the strongest. I did love their house when I rushed there, though. Can't deny that

Definitely a top house. A Phi's are drop-dead gorgeous, which isn't a surprise to anyone. The girls in this sorority were definitely the "it" girls in high school. When I rushed there, I LOVED their house. So gorgeous, so classy. The girls, not so much. They seemed nice, but not a genuine nice. Very fake. But then again, I know three A Phi's that are the most sweet, down to earth girls. I've heard some terrible things about their sisterhood though. Definitely happy I didn't end up in there.

VERY nice girls! When I rushed here, all I got was warmth from them. Definitely somewhere in the bottom tier, but it doesn't affect them. What's so great about these ladies is how much they love each other and their organization. They don't care about popularity or looking like models, which is the way all sororities should be. I'm friends with a few AGDs, and they're all the sweetest, kindest, most down to earth girls. I really don't see why they're bottom tier!

The A Chi O girls have always seemed really sweet and nice. I've had a couple in my classes last semester and they always kept it classy and seemed very kind. You don't hear about A Chi O's much but whenever you do, it's always good things! Also, they're a very quiet top tier sorority. Like someone else said, they don't need to try too hard to be noticed or thought of well-they just do!
