I would say that they are a good house that has improved this spring. I don't see where a lot of these negative reviews come from, but I have gone over a handful of times, and I have to disagree with people saying the house is full of weirdos. They have good quality guys, who treat girls with respect and they show us a good time.

Great group of guys. They may be a "dry" house but they still throw down! Never a dull night at their house. And speaking of the house, it's one of the coolest houses I've been in on campus. I just hope to see them involved more around campus. Oh yeah, if you go to Phi Delts and don't have a hurricane (or 5 or 6) then you're missing out.
